4. Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

eArkmart reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any suspicious or high-risk orders

  • Cancel orders with incomplete or incorrect address/phone details

  • Cancel orders that cannot be verified by our confirmation team

We may contact you for order verification before dispatch, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier partner operations.

Typical delivery time:
3–7 business days across India

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Remote locations

  • Courier partner operational issues

eArkmart is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist in tracking and support.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must follow the conditions mentioned in that policy, including the requirement of an unboxing video for damaged or defective products.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If a customer repeatedly places Cash on Delivery orders and refuses delivery, eArkmart reserves the right to block that customer from future purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

eArkmart shall not be held liable for any:
