5-Day Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.
You can request a return only in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Include all tags, manuals, and accessories

Be in the same condition as received
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
To approve any return or replacement request, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must:

Start before opening the parcel

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the package being opened
-
Clearly display the issue (damage/wrong product/defect)
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return, replacement, or refund claims.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following conditions are not accepted for returns:

Used or worn products

Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences

Change of mind after order

Personal dislike of product

Size issues (unless wrong size sent by us)
Return Request Process

Our support team will verify and respond within 24-48 working hours.
Replacement
If the return is approved, we will arrange a replacement product.
Replacement dispatch usually takes 2-5 business days after verification.
Refund Policy
We generally provide replacement instead of refund.
Refund will be issued only if:

Replacement product is not available, OR
-
The item is out of stock permanently
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer. Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
