Refund policy

At eArkmart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

You can request a return only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective or non-working item

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing parts or accessories

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Be in the same condition as received

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To approve any return or replacement request, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Show the package being opened

  • Clearly display the issue (damage/wrong product/defect)

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return, replacement, or refund claims.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following conditions are not accepted for returns:

  • Used or worn products

  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Change of mind after order

  • Personal dislike of product

  • Size issues (unless wrong size sent by us)

Return Request Process

To request a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video

Our support team will verify and respond within 24-48 working hours.

Replacement

If the return is approved, we will arrange a replacement product.
Replacement dispatch usually takes 2-5 business days after verification.

Refund Policy

We generally provide replacement instead of refund.

Refund will be issued only if:

  • Replacement product is not available, OR

  • The item is out of stock permanently

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer. Customer must provide correct bank/UPI details.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
