Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders not verified may be cancelled.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.
There are no hidden charges.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

3–7 business days for most locations across India.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Customer location (metro / non-metro / remote areas)

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner operations

  • Festivals or public holidays

Remote locations may take 7–10 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us and we will assist you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct and reachable.

If the customer is unavailable or rejects the order, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO). Repeated order rejections may result in blocking future Cash on Delivery orders.

Address Issues

eArkmart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Wrong contact number

  • Customer not reachable

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

Damaged Package

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Record a video while opening the parcel

  • Do not discard packaging materials

This is required for claim verification as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
